The Stream of Life

Imagine that much of your life, you’ve been clinging to a boulder in the middle of a large river.

The strong current pushes against you night and day, but you hold on despite all the pain this causes, afraid you will be carried downstream into oblivion.

This is often how we hold on to pain and past hurts in our lives, fearful to slip into the full stream of life. We fear the unknown. We fear letting go. We fear the idea that we might not be in full control.

But once we do let go, the stream of life supports us and everything shifts.

Imagine, again, that you are clinging to a boulder in the middle of a large river.

Now, take a deep breath and let go.

Just let go.

Today I am letting go! Transformation can only occur when we are flowing with the stream :)
