Positive Thoughts

Thinking positive thoughts is like watering a garden. It helps beautiful things germinate, sprout and blossom.

When we see life through the lens of an inner smile, all of life smiles at us in return.

In any given situation, we can find a difficult angle. Or we can choose to see beauty and grace. There is possibility and opportunity in every step we take.

Hold positive thoughts in your mind and in your heart throughout each day. Repeat them silently and whisper them aloud.

In doing so, your mere presence will make others feel good, and it will also help you heal.

I invite you to practice this and post your experiences here on this blog, sharing your insights with others.

You are beautiful, you are sacred, and it is a blessing to be you.
