Facing Challenge

Do something today that you have always found difficult to do… something you have always wanted to accomplish or integrate into your life, but habits, resistance and maybe even a little lack of motivation have prevented you.

Stay with it, every day, even if you fail for several days in a row. Keep going until you do it. Once you’ve accomplished it, feel empowered… Know that you are tapping into your truest nature.

This is Divine Will working through you, the power of your Inner Guru.

Apply this to other challenges, slowly and mindfully, never taking on too much or creating any stress.

This process is living in Yoga, the art of self-transformation, the joy of owning your power and living your truth.
