The Seventh Step Into Yoga

The First Step Into Yoga is to close your eyes. The Second Step is to find your breath. The Third is to inhabit your body. The Fourth is to connect with Mother Earth. The fifth is to detach from your thoughts. The 6th step is to bring your awareness into your Heart Center.

The 7th step into Yoga is to slip fully into the present moment.

There is no past or future. There is only the eternal now. It is like a never-ending chant of OM… A pure presence, truly being here, now. Allow yourself the gift of this experience, the grace of being, really being in the truth of all that is, being here. Eternally being here.

The 7th step into Yoga is to slip fully into the present moment.
