It’s no secret that our minds are busy all time, stirred up by our fast-paced culture and mass media, chattering away like monkeys. Stopping our thoughts for any meaningful length of time is next to impossible. But we don’t have to buy into them. We can detach… Instead getting on the roller coaster and taking a ride. This promotes a deeper state of awareness and inner peace.
See your thoughts as puffy white clouds in a warm blue sky. Just allow them to float by. Stay detached… In your body, in your breath, in tune with Mother Earth. Thoughts just floating by.
