The Third Step Into Yoga

The First Step Into Yoga is to close your eyes.

The Second Step Into Yoga is to find your breath.

The Third Step Into Yoga is to inhabit your body.

Feel your entire body. Let your deep, full breath find all the outer edges of your being. Connect with your body as the Temple of your Spirit.  Feel at home in this sacred place.

Notice the life force within you… The warmth of Spirit. Dwell within your body with all of your awareness.

The Third Step Into Yoga is to inhabit your beautiful body.
