Sacred Space

There is a sacred space in your home. Perhaps you’ve already discovered it. If so, this week the invitation is to reconnect with that space and receive what it has to offer you.

If you don’t have such a space, the invitation is to find it, and let it find you. It might be the smallest area by your bedside or on the counter next to the bathroom sink.  Perhaps it’s atop a dresser, or somewhere in the kitchen or living room. It may be large enough to do some Asana and Meditation practice, or so small that there is barely room to light a candle.

It’s there, no matter what size, waiting for you.

Once you find it, put some sacred things there. You’ll know what they are when you begin to look. They might be hidden away in your drawers or staring you in the face.  Either way, they are also waiting for you.

Nurture this space. Visit it often. Let it whisper eternal truths to you.
